The local West End Word carries a story today on the ceremony that the Bob Broeg Chapter helped put together over at Harris-Stowe State University to unveil the Stars’ Park historical marker.

And Tom Ackerman of KMOX put together a Sports on a Sunday Morning feature on the dedication of the marker, including interviews with SABRen Joan Thomas and Barb Sheinbein and former negro-league player Sam Taylor. Good stuff.

Kudos to Joan, Barb, Bob Tiemann, et al, on their tireless work with the ballpark marker committee.
